Ordering

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our collection, select your size and colour, and click Add to Cart. When you are ready, click the cart icon and follow the secure checkout process.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it.

Sizing

How do I know which size to order?

Please refer to our Size Guide for detailed measurements. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.

What does One Size mean?

Our One Size products are designed to comfortably fit UK sizes 8–18. The loose, flowing designs are flattering for a wide range of body types.

Delivery

How long will my order take?

Standard delivery takes 5–10 business days. Express delivery (£4.99) takes 3–5 business days. See our Shipping Information page for full details.

Do you ship outside the UK?

Currently we ship within the United Kingdom only. We hope to expand internationally in the future.

Returns

What is your returns policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. See our full Returns Policy for details.

How do I return an item?

Our products use high-quality fabrics including rayon, cotton-silk blends and lace. Full material details are listed on each product page.

How should I care for my items?

We recommend hand washing or a gentle machine wash in cool water, and laying flat to dry.
