Your Right to Return

Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to return most online purchases within 14 days of receiving them, for any reason.

Our Returns Window

You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be:

Unworn and unwashed
In their original condition with tags attached
Free from perfume, deodorant or other odours
Not damaged by the customer

How to Return

Email us at info@summeruk.com within 14 days of receiving your order
Include your order number and reason for return
We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions
Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Return Postage

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@summeruk.com. We will arrange a free return and a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
