Our Returns Promise
We want you to love every piece you order from Summer UK. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- Unworn, unwashed and in its original condition
- All original tags still attached
- In the original or appropriate protective packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or email confirmation)
Items that show signs of wear, have been washed, or are missing tags will not be accepted for return.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty:
- Swimwear and bikinis (if hygiene seal has been removed)
- Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable at time of purchase
How to Return Your Order
- Email us at support@summeruk.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return address
- Package your item securely and ship it back using a tracked service
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
Please note: Return postage costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund — this can take 3–5 working days depending on your provider.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you've received a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at support@summeruk.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a free return and send you a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for a different size or colour, subject to availability. Please contact us at support@summeruk.com to arrange an exchange before sending your item back.
